Exercise For Health
I believe some sort of “Movement” is vital in accomplishing a lifestyle of health. You Don’t have to start with weights or running a 5K, Just move. I work to take at lease 10k steps everyday. Walking can do wonders for your health and just about everyone can start with a small walk.
